Obituary of Evelyn Chase

Evelyn ChaseA memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 22 at Grace Lutheran Church for Evelyn Chase of Eugene, who died Jan. 3 of age-related causes. She was 90.She was born on Jan. 29, 1920, in Chicago to Alex and Amelia Klingbite Westfall.She married Leonard Chase on July 7, 1945, in Chicago.She attended Northwestern University and worked as a bookkeeper as the head of an accounting department in Chicago before becoming a homemaker.Survivors include her husband; two sons, Arnold of Wilsonville and Raymond of Veneta; and three grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
