Obituary of Margaret Kolendar
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Fairfield Baptist Church for Margaret I. “Sweet Pea” Ullrich Kolendar of Eugene, who died Jan. 19 of complications of Alzheimer’s disease. She was 84.She was born July 11, 1926, in Baden-Baden, Germany. She married Alexander Kolendar in May 1977 in Reno, Nev. He died previously.She graduated from high school and was a homemaker.Survivors include two sons, Harold Ullrich of Calgary and Wilfreid Ullrich of Africa; three stepdaughters, Sandra Gregson of Eugene, Dorothy Conde of Eugene and Maree Webb of Salt Lake City; four stepsons, William Kolendar of Alabama, Ronald Kolendar of Eugene, James Kolendar of San Jose, and Robert Kolendar of Salt Lake City; a sister in Germany; 24 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.Arrangements by West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene.
