Obituary of Jerry Richard Mus
MUS: Jerry Richard Mus passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2020, following a severe stroke with his family by his side. Jerry was born on April 8, 1944 in Dauphin, MB to Lloyd and Anne Mus. Jerry served in the militia for five years with the 26th Field Regiment. He moved to Brandon in 1968 and joined the A.C.C. staff. He taught for 42 years, 40 of those years were in Business Administration. Jerry received his CMA designation in 1984 and was later made a lifetime member for his dedicated service to the society. Jerry's pride and joy was his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be missed by his loving wife of 50 years, Ardis; his children, Alandra (Phil), Conor and Philip (Melanie); as well as six grandchildren, Sheridan, Mason, Leighton, Nathan, Sarah and Ryley. Jerry is also survived by his brothers, Joe (Nellie) and Ken (Rose); brother-in-law, Stuart (Lynda) Marshall, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In keeping with Jerry's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside will take place at a later date.
