Obituary of Timothy Swartout

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, at Garden Way Church in Eugene for Timothy Mark Swartout of Springfield, who died Jan. 25 following a heart attack. He was 50.He was born July 10, 1960, in Seoul, South Korea, to Dennis and Ruth Anne Dooley Swartout.He graduated from Springfield High School in 1980 and served in the U.S. Army National Guard. He worked for Springfield Forest Products.Survivors include his parents, Ruth Anne and Thomas Staley II of Bend; grandparents Tom and June Staley of Eugene; and 62 siblings, Kim, David Lee, Damon, Victoria, Joe, Steve, Rakma, Robert J., Rhonda, Kendra, Fred, Chuck, Stella, LeAnn, Joel, Christopher B., Jared, Austin, Eric, Casey A., Robert F., Carl, Richard, Kevin, Raul, Maria, Sung, Romeo, Denisa, Sarah, Jewel, Larry, Tyson, Kathy K., Jacob, Daniel, David C., Mathew, Mara, Amanda, Michele, Shelley, Joshua C., Michael, Alex, Andre, Bob, Marc, Corey, John Wayne, Shane, Chad, Angelica, Nadine, Liliann, Laticia, Donovan, Darian, Aisia, Kiah, Samson and Robb.Arrangements by Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
