Obituary of Wanda Seaver

Wanda SeaverSPRINGFIELD — A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11, at Creswell Pioneer Cemetery for Wanda L. Seaver of Springfield, who died Feb. 6 of age-related causes. She was 84.A celebration of life will follow at her sister’s home at 82103 Bear Creek Road in Creswell.She was born May 9, 1926, in Eugene to Carl and Susie Hollenbeak Hensen. She married Kenneth Seaver on March 8, 1946, in Eugene. He died June 5, 2004.She graduated as salutatorian of her class at Springfield High School. She worked in the bond department during World War II and was a homemaker.Survivors include a daughter, Sheryl Seaver of Springfield; a sister, Edna Hensen Bates of Creswell; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild. A son, Gary Alyn Seaver, died in 1972.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
