Obituary of Cleve Dumdi

JUNCTION CITY — A celebration of life will be held in the spring for Cleve Elwood Dumdi of Junction City, who died Feb. 24 of complications from a stroke at age 77.He was born Sept. 8, 1933, in Carlton to Lloyd and Esther Alexander Dumdi. He married Ellie Stiles on Jan. 10, 1959, in Ansbach, Germany.He earned his bachelor’s degree in animal science from Oregon State University in 1955. He served in the Army in Germany between 1956 and 1959. He was a sheep rancher and auctioneer.Survivors include his wife; two sons, Douglas of Junction City and Mark of Keenesburg, Colo.; and three grandchildren.
