Obituary of Laura Nossaman

COTTAGE GROVE — Laura Ruth Nossaman of Cottage Grove died March 9 of age-related causes. She was 92. No service is planned.She was born Aug. 5, 1918, in Isabel, Kan., to Sanford and Josie Kiethley Anderson. She married Merle Nossaman on Dec. 15, 1934, in Anthony, Kan. He died in 1999.A high school graduate, she worked as a clerk for Rexall Drug Store in Cottage Grove for 19 years and then for K.C. Drugs in Cottage Grove for 14 years. She retired in 1999.Survivors include a son, Sanford of Creswell; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A son, Lenoard Randall Nossaman, died previously.Arrangements by Chapel of Memories Funeral Home in Eugene.
