Obituary of John Gregory

JUNCTION CITY — A memorial service will be Thursday, March 17, at the Junction City Retirement Center for John E. Gregory of Junction City, who died March 7 of age-related causes. He was 90.Gregory was born Aug. 7, 1920, in Bisbee, Ariz., to William and Dora Dally Gregory. He married Elna Jakobsen on Oct. 16, 1942, in Junction City.He attended school in Wren. He worked at Larson, Clarke and Powell Lumber Company and worked in lawn care after his retirement.Survivors include his wife; a brother, Harold of Albany; and a sister, Patricia Bond of Albany.Burial will be at Rest Lawn Cemetery in Junction City.Arrangements by West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
