Frederick SeubertThe funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, March 25, at St. Mark Catholic Church in Eugene for Frederick John Seubert of Eugene, who died March 21 of respiratory failure. He was 90.A luncheon will follow the service.He was born Dec. 30, 1920, in Chicago to John and Louise Marks Seubert. He and his wife, Mary Louise, were married Sept. 4, 1948, in Lakewood, Ohio. She died Sept. 12, 2008.He graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Baldwin Wallace College in 1942, a master’s of business administration in Pennsylvania in 1947 and a Ph.D. in business administration from Cornell University in 1954.He served as staff sergeant in the American and Asiatic Pacific theaters from 1942 to 1946. He was an associate professor at the University of Oregon School of Business from 1957 to 1981. He was founder and CEO of Ikoso-Kits from 1969 to 1997.Survivors include four sons, John of Memphis, Tenn., Chris of Eugene, Norman of Vancouver, Wash., and Dan of Palo Alto, Calif.; three daughters, Mary Seubert of Salem, Nancy Seubert of Monroe, Mich., and Phyllis Knight of Eugene; a brother, Henry of Cleveland; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.Burial will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Eugene. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary. Remembrances to St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane County.
