Obituary of Darlene Brand

Darlene BrandDarlene F. Brand of Eugene died April 9 of age-related causes. She was 87. No service is planned.She was born Nov. 27, 1923, in Watsonville, Calif., to William and Trudy White Koska. She married Walter Brand in June 1948 in San Francisco; he died in 1995.She attended community college for two years in California and was a homemaker.Survivors include two daughters, Theresa Brand and Kim Almasie, both of Eugene; two sons, Greg of Paradise, Calif., and Jeff of Martinez, Calif.; and three grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances may be sent to the Eugene Firefighters Association.
