Gene ChambersGene Stover Chambers of Eugene died April 10 of complications from Alzheimer’s disease. She was 91. No service is planned.She was born Feb. 21, 1920, in New Jersey to Evan and Katherine Stover. She married Edwin Chambers on July 9, 1943, in Riverton, N.J. He died previously.She graduated from the George School in Bucks County, Pa., in 1938. She taught at Westfield Friends School in New Jersey, and was a homemaker.Survivors include a son, Scott, of Chicago; a daughter, Carol Murray of Eugene; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
