Agnes RouseThe funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, at Musgrove Family Mortuary for Agnes L. Rouse of Eugene, who died April 9 of age-related causes. She was 91.Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial following the service at Sunset Hills Cemetery.She was born Nov. 25, 1919, in Cedar City, Utah, to Sherman and Julia Pace Lamb. She married Theodore Rouse on Nov. 7, 1938, in Dillon, Mont. He died Dec. 23, 1993.She earned an associate’s degree at Dillon Normal College. She taught in rural Montana in the late 1940s, did secretarial work at the Hanford Nuclear Project, was a secretary for Benton County, Wash., and owned the Care-a-Lot Boarding Kennel in Benton City, Wash.Survivors include two daughters, Terry Mannion of Henderson, Nev., and Rozlyn Rouse of Eugene; three sons, Stephen of Benton City, Wash., Sherman of Riorico, Ariz., and Robin of Eugene; a brother, John Lamb of Tacoma; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.A daughter, Teddy Cornell, died in August 1963.Arrangements by England’s Eugene Memorial Chapel. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Eugene Kennel Club.
