Marie GreyerbiehlMarie Nixon Greyerbiehl of Eugene died April 14 of age-related causes. She was 95. No service is planned.She was born Aug. 21, 1915, in Burleigh County, N.D., to Earl and Albina Sumner Nixon. She married Edward Greyerbiehl in August 1937 in Burleigh County; he died in January 1942.She earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in social work at Portland State University. She was a social worker for the Lane County welfare office.Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Piper of Eugene; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
