Obituary of Reed Pease

An inurnment service will be at 1:30 p.m. April 28 at Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene for Reed Walter Pease of Springfield, who died April 15 of age-related causes. He was 80.He was born July 3, 1930, in Crow Agency, Mont., to George and Idaline Eastman Pease. He and his wife, Helen, were married in 1974 in Reno. She died Aug. 10, 1997.He served as a corporal in the Army Air Corps. His work included truck sales, This Old House Antiques and machine parts sales.Survivors include three sons, John Pease of Eugene, Guy Pease of Springfield and Charles Andreason of Portland; a daughter, Karen Coulter of Eugene; three brothers, Bill of Billings, Mont., George of Hardin, Mont., and Carl of Montana; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Two sons, Dan Andreason and Bob Andreason, died previously.Arrangements by Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. Remembrances to the Alzheimer’s Association.
