Margaret BreedenThe funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 29, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Margaret Breeden of Eugene, who died April 24 of age-related causes. She was 85.She was born Oct. 23, 1925, in Melbourne, Australia, to James and Harriet Johansen Paton. She married James Breeden on Dec. 9, 1946, in Everett, Wash. He died July 30, 1990.She was a high school graduate in Australia and attended business college. She worked for Matson Shipping Lines during World War II and was a homemaker.Survivors include a daughter, Jeanne Nicolato of Naples, Fla.; two sons, Jim and Rob, both of Eugene; a brother, Bob “Bluey” Paton of Melbourne; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Burial will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Eugene. Remembrances to the Eugene Mission or the Salvation Army.
