Obituary of Roberta May Bulback

BULBACK: Roberta May Bulback passed away in Brandon, Manitoba on March 18, 2012. Born February 11, 1930 in Portage la Prairie, Roberta was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1996. Survivors include her children, daughter Roberta Bain (Murray) of Brandon, son Fred Bulback (Donna) of Cranbrook, B.C., and son Peter Bulback (Dianne) of Winnipeg, sister Blanche Humphrey of Portage la Prairie, brothers Robert Kitching of Calgary, John Kitching of Portage la Prairie and Bill Kitching of Portage la Prairie and their families. Also surviving are five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Roberta was a founding member of the Fort Lorraine Women's Auxiliary in Portage la Prairie and a member of Little Bits of Brandon Miniature Club. She was multi-talented and very creative, an avid quilter. There was nothing she couldn't make or wouldn't try to do. A celebration of her life will be held at Seniors for Seniors, 311 Park Avenue East, Brandon on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held in Portage la Prairie on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Unit 3-824-18th Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 5B7.
