Sorry to hear about your Dad and I am even sorrier that I couldn't attend the funeral to give my condolences in person.
He was a great uncle to me and a great brother-in-law. He drove my dad, Jim, to church every week until he was hospitalized. We will sure miss him!
He will be remembered at the 9:00am mass in St. James Catholic Church, Okotoks, Alberta.

We offer our condolences to the Phillips family at the death of Mr. Gordon Phillips. We knew him as neighbour, business man, and caring fellow-citizen. His humour and kindness to those he met every day was (and remains) an example to all of us. Brandon has lost a respected gentleman and much-loved son.
We regret that other, previously scheduled commitments, prevent us from paying our respect by attending his funeral mass. We remember him, and his family, in our prayers.
Rest in peace, Gordon.
Judith and Chris Macdonald

Larry, Brian & Donny: Our sympathies are with all of you on the loss of your Dad. We enjoyed the times we spent with him in Minneapolis when we were at the Viking games and dinner at Joe Sensor's. Also the barbeques at the lake. He was such a gentle and interesting man - I'm sure you will all miss him greatly. Our thoughts & prayers are with all of you.
