Mr. Bulat and his family were our neighbours in Brandon during our--me, my sisters and my brother's--formative years.
Sabina and I played together with Lydia almost daily.
Ted was much younger than Walter.
I remember Mr. Bulat as a quiet ,fastidious family man with a warm smile and always ready with a kind word.
I was saddened to hear that he had passed.
My condolences to Walter and Lydia.
