Obituary of Edward Splawn

JUNCTION CITY — A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at the First Baptist Church in Junction City for Edward Bradley “E.B.” Splawn of Junction City, who died May 14 of age-related causes. He was 85.He was born March 2, 1926, in Altus, Okla., to Elzic and Rose Nason Splawn. He married Neva “Dorene” Prindel on July 24, 1948, in Florence.He was a farmer and retired plywood mill worker.Survivors include his wife; a son, Mike of Junction City; a daughter, Marcia Masengil of Sweet Home; a sister, Jerri Humphery of Eugene; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City.
