Uncle Merv, I was planning on popping by with a big ol box of smarties and giving a cheer for you and Auntie Izzy on your Anniversary (shouldn't put off til tomorrow as we might not get 1 more day) We will have that box when we all meet again. You will be missed.
Auntie Izzy, Deb, Randy, Brenda, Brian, Sherry, Kathy and the rest of your crew, know that your in our thoughts and prayers. As I remember Uncle Merv I hear his laughter with a great big smile. He always loved to joke around. He has left you with many great memories, pictures/videos, the models he created and more. I'd go to the shop and he would be painting one of the big trucks. He really enjoyed that and was very talented. We've actually found one of the old Macks he painted. It still looks good. I was in my glory when he took me to get a load of cattle. I wanted to be like him and Dad. I used to think they so lucky to drive trucks. They worked hard for their company and customers. They believed in shopping local. We can learn so much from them. The biggest I'd say was to keep on trucking no matter how bad of a day your having whether it was painful or just life in general. Uncle Merv gave a good fight all these years.
