Obituary of Marletta Doose

Marletta V. Doose of Springfield died June 17 of age-related causes at age 87.She was born Dec. 22, 1923, in Corning, Iowa, to Homer and Della Smith Lockwood. She married Jack Doose in Mexico.She worked for the Braille Institute for most of her career, retiring from there.Survivors include her husband; and a sister, Marjorie Herzog of Sparks, Nev.Private burial was held at Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene.
