Obituary of Jane Moshofsky

Jane MoshofskyA celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 24, at Central Presbyterian Church in Eugene for Jane Carlisle Moshofsky of Eugene, who died June 16 of cancer at age 81.She was born Sept. 23, 1929, in Centralia, Wash., to Kenneth and Frances McGill Carlisle. She married Gerry Moshofsky on June 16, 1951, in Eugene.She graduated from Eugene High School in 1947 and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in 1951. She was a homemaker.Survivors include her husband; three sons, Seva Khalsa of Sedona, Ariz., Bill Moshofsky of Eugene and John Moshofsky of Tualatin; a daughter, Nancy Henderson of Eugene; a sister, Nancy Thomas of Eugene; and 11 grandchildren.Inurnment will be private. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Central Presbyterian Church or Eugene Rotary Scholarship Foundation.
