Anna SianisSPRINGFIELD — A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. today, June 23, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Eugene for Anna Tsatsaroni Sianis of Springfield, who died June 18 of heart failure. She was 70.She was born Nov. 29, 1940, in Chios, Greece. She married Harry Sianis on April 25, 1959, in Reno, Nev.She was a restaurant owner and chef and helped start the Original Joe’s restaurant in Bend in 1972 and in Eugene in 1977.Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Alexandra Sianis of Eugene and Katina Sianis of Springfield; and a sibling, Dimitri Tsatsaroni of Greece.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
