Sylvia HolcombSylvia Pearl Holcomb of Eugene died July 22 of age-related causes. She was 93. No service is planned.She was born July 20, 1918, in Aberdeen, Idaho, to Thomas and Laura Mueller Vanderford. She married William Holcomb on Nov. 5, 1943 in Aberdeen.She held a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Idaho. She was a homemaker.Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Laura Regalbuto of Encinitas, Calif., Sylvia Stratten of La Mesa, Calif., Mary Oslund of Portland and Louise Holcomb of Sebastopol, Calif.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
