Obituary of Larry Coxon

Larry CoxonA celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Larry Coxon of Eugene, who died Aug. 15 of prostate cancer. He was 66.He was born April 2, 1945, in Los Angeles to John and Margaret Forkey Coxon. He married Susan “Susie” Utley on Nov. 7, 1981, in Torrance, Calif.He worked in telecommunications for 40 years.Survivors include his wife; two sons, Brian of Byron, Ga., and Ian of Camp Pendleton, Calif.; a daughter, Katy Coxon of Eugene; a brother, Richard of Seattle; and three grandchildren. A son, Steve Coxon, died in 2008.In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Livestrong.
