Nancy DavisLOWELL — A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, at East Valley Church in Lowell for Nancy Davis of Lowell, who died Aug. 9 of causes related to cancer. She was 73.She was born Oct. 14, 1937, in Eugene to Cyril and Louise Robertson Perry. She was married to Reid Davis IV from December 1965 to November 1983.A former mayor of Lowell, she was the owner and operator of Dexter Auto Parts Store for 12 years.Survivors include her life partner of 25 years, George Steele of Lowell; five sons, Reid Davis of Albany, Ned Steele of London, England, and David Steele, Jason Steele and Richard Steele, all of Sacramento, Calif.; a daughter, Jennifer Frederickson of Dexter; a brother, John Perry of Eugene; and five grandchildren.Private inurnment will be at Rest-Haven Memorial Park in Eugene. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to the American Cancer Society or Cascade Health Solutions Hospice.
