Obituary of Ed Kelley

Ed KelleyEd Kelley of Eugene died Aug. 13 of age-related causes. He was 91. A private service is planned.He was born July 30, 1920, in McCook, Neb., to Edgar and Nellie Wilson Kelley. He married Esther Hansen on Sept. 17, 1949, in Eugene.He graduated from LaGrande High School and attended college for two years in La Grande. He served in the Navy during World War II. He owned a machine shop for several years in Eugene, then worked in the plumbing industry until his retirement in 1976.Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Gerry Woodruff of Ferndale, Wash.; a son, Terry of Chevy Chase, Md.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Inurnment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to the American Heart Association.
