A graveside service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at Springfield Memorial Gardens in Springfield for Grant Thomas Moore of Springfield, who was born and died Aug. 30. The family chose not to list the cause of death.He was born in Springfield to Thomas and Mashele Grover Moore.Survivors include his parents; and grandparents Susan Grover of Springfield and Tom and Sherry Moore of West Africa.Arrangements by Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Springfield.
