Obituary of Billie Sibert

Billie P. Sibert of Springfield died Sept. 7 of age-related causes. She was 92. No service is planned.She was born Feb. 10, 1919, in Lebanon, Tenn., to Gustavus and Myrtle Byrd Petitt. She married Thomas Sibert in 1939 in Murfreesboro, Tenn. He died in 1986.Survivors include a son, Tom of Winston-Salem, N.C.; two daughters, Catherine Sibert and Jody Sibert, both of Eugene; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A granddaughter, Alexandra Sibert, died in 1986.Inurnment will be in Cumming, Ga. Arrangements by Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
