Obituary of Beverley Frances Vickers

Beverley Frances Vickers passed away peacefully the morning of October 16, 2020 at Oakville-Trafalgar Hospital, in her 83rd year. Bev is predeceased by her husband, Bill. She is dearly loved by her sons, Brian (Sally) and Scott (Leslie), by her three grandchildren, Michael (Lindsay), Kathryn (Kevin) and Avery, and her great-grandchildren, Lucy and Evan. Cherished by her sister, Dianne (Bill) Thomas, and her niece, Jennifer. A private funeral service will be held, due to COVID restrictions, at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bev’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society (Halton Region) or to Parkinson’s Canada.As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario the attendance at the funeral and cemetery is restricted to 30% capacity or less and a record of attendance must be maintained.Wearing of masks, or face coverings, by everyone is mandatory during their time in the funeral home or cemetery.Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, a Service will be held for invited guests only.Please leave a message of condolence for the family in our online guestbook.
