Obituary of Valerie Oliver

Suddenly on October 8, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. Valerie leaves us in her 65th year. Born to Gladys and Alexander Collings on July 30, 1955. Survived by her cherished partner, Peter Blakeley, of 29 wonderful years. Valerie leaves behind her two sons; Brad (Sandy) Oliver and Ben (Michelle) Oliver. Loving step mother to Simon (Gwen) Blakeley and Sarah (Ross) Mitchell. A proud Granny of Liam, Ella, Garrett, Rachel, Emily and Alison. Valerie was a dear friend and confidant. Family and friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home - Brampton Chapel on Wednesday October 14, 2020 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A second visitation will take place on Thursday October 15, 2020 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Private cremation to take place at a later date.Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, a limit of 30% capacity has been installed at the facility, face coverings will be required to enter the building. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
