Obituary of Perry Dalisay

Dalisay, Perry (nee Lalongisip)Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on October 4, 2020 at 3:45 p.m. at Bethell Hospice in Ingelwood, at the age of 61. Dear wife of Ramon. Loving mother of Mary and her husband Justin, and Ryan and his fiancee Karen. Lola of Joshua and Benjamin. Dear daughter of Eferenia and the late Justino. Perry will be lovingly remembered by her many brothers, sisters, extended family and many friends, both in Canada and in the Philippines. Due to current restrictions on public gatherings, a private visitation and funeral service will be held, by invitation only. Interment Glendale Memorial Gardens.Memorial donations made to Bethell Hospice or to Sunnybrook Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
