Obituary of Rubena Westney

Our Cherished Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, Sister, Cousin & Friend. We will miss you. In light of the recent COVID-19 social distancing regulations, this visitation and service will be restricted to 50 family members and friends at a time. Visitation will take place on Saturday October 17th from 9:30 am – 11 am. As per Rubena’s wishes, her casket will be closed for visitation and service. If you plan on attending, wearing a mask is mandatory in our building and on the cemetery grounds. We also ask that you pay your condolences, greet the family and then please allow others to enter the building. We apologize for any inconvenience, but ask that you keep Rubena and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Please feel welcome to leave a condolence for the family in the guestbook.
