Lillie OlanderJUNCTION CITY — A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, at Mountain View Cemetery in Longmont, Colo., for Lillie R. Olander of Junction City, who died Sept. 20 of age-related causes. She was 92. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. A second visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 29 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel in Longmont, Colo.She was born April 24, 1919, in Mead, Colo., to Carl and Carolina Franzen Rapp Newman.She married Herbert Olander on Oct. 3, 1942, in Albuquerque, N.M. He died on Aug. 3, 2011.She graduated from Immanuel School of Nursing in Omaha, Neb. She worked as a registered nurse and as a nursing home administrator in Colorado.Survivors include four daughters, Shirley Scott of Eugene, Vivian Raybourn of Pinewood Springs, Colo. and Carol Mayhugh and Judy Faris, both of Junction City; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.Remembrances to the Eugene Mission.
