Obituary of Keith Ford

It is with incredible sadness we announce the death of Keith Arthur Ford. Born April 4th 1967, he will be lovingly remembered by his mother Barbara, Late father Daniel, Lillian and their two children Sophia and Alexa as well as his siblings Kevin, Dennis, Danny, Shelagh and Brenda.He will be sadly missed for the joy he brought all who met him and the two strong, intelligent daughters that will carry his torch. Keith passed his love of music to his girls and made every holiday an adventure. His international business travel allowed for countless memorable father-daughter experiences.His love of music was only surmounted by HIS beloved football teams the Miami Dolphins and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. "Did you see THAT game?" was more common in Keith's vocabulary than "Hello". Furthermore, Saturdays were spent screaming at the television and texting everyone the final score. Keith had a zest for life and capturing life's precious moments. All who knew Keith understood his love for taking pictures to commemorate these memories and promptly posting them online for all to see. His positive and sarcastic personality will be missed by many all over the globe. He treasured his family and incredible friendships that he maintained for decades. His untimely death made us think of the sadly yet appropriate song 'Man out of Time' by his favourite musician Elvis Costello. In response to Costello's question " Will you still love a man out of time?", the answer is yes. Keith will be eternally loved and remembered by all. As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario the attendance at the funeral and cemetery is restricted to 30% capacity or less and a record of attendance must be maintained.Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, a Service will be held for invited guests only.Wearing of masks, or face coverings, by everyone is mandatory during their time in the funeral home or cemetery.
