Obituary of Dorothy Reidt

Peacefully at the Woodhall Park Retirement Village on September 25, 2020. Born to the late Dorothy and William Harvey on May 1, 1931. Dorothy leaves behind her two sons Wayne (Sheri) Reidt & Gary (Roseann) Reidt. Loving grandmother of Tom (Julie) Reidt, Adam (Brianna) Reidt, Vanessa Reidt and Priscilla Reidt. Cherished great-grandmother of Addyson, Natalie, Aria and Evan. Dorothy is survived by her sister-in-law Marlene, and will be deeply missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Gloria (Bud), Jack, and Jean (Lorne). Dorothy was a long time employee for the Dempsey Chemical Corporation. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Woodhall Park Retirement Residence for all their support during the years. Private cremation has taken place. Your condolences are very much appreciated during this difficult time. In light of the current global pandemic with the present restrictions placed on group gatherings by the government, and for the health and safety of family and friends, there will be no formal visitation or service at this time. Planning is underway for a Celebration of Dorothy's life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson Society would be appreciated by the family.
