Obituary of Nicola Carrelli

Passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at the age of 94. Beloved husband to Gioconda (nee Silvaroli) for 69 years. Much loved father to Joanne Carrelli (Mike Higgins), Sergio Carrelli (Susan) and Wilma Foxton. Loving Nonno to Richard Foxton (Jackie), Samantha Foxton (Patryk), Nicholas Carrelli (Caitlin), Robert Foxton, Juliano Carrelli, and Veronica Foxton (Matt). He will be fondly remembered by his 3 siblings in Italy, Enza Fontana, Vittorio Carrelli, and Michele Carrelli and many nieces and nephews. Entombment Glen Oaks Cemetery, Oakville.In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Nicola to Lung Health Foundation would be appreciated by the family.As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario the attendance at the funeral and cemetery is restricted to 30% capacity or less and a record of attendance must be maintained.Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, a Service will be held for invited guests only.Wearing of masks, or face coverings, by everyone is mandatory during their time in the funeral home or cemetery.
