Obituary of Joyce Helen Cameron

Cameron, Joyce Helen "Joy"... Born September 29, 1927 and passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the age of 92 years. Joy, formerly of Toronto, was the daughter of the late Frederick & Margaret Gourlie. Predeceased by her four brothers Harold, Jim, John, Bob, and her sister Ruth Sherwood. Joy was the loving wife of the late Howard Cameron. Dear mother to her three boys; Brian (Sue), David (Cathy) and Gary. Proud grandmother to Jennifer, Bill, Blake, Mat, and great grandmother to Madison, Karlee, Mia, Owen and Nellie. Upon her retirement from Bell Canada, Toronto Metro Police, Joy and Howard moved to their dream home on Weller's Bay in Prince Edward County. Joy was very involved in her community which included; TMH Volunteers, Sweet Adolines, Glee Club and Club 105 Trenton, Lawn Bowling and Royal Canadian Legion & Ladies Auxiliary. Joy was able to stay home during her time of illness thanks to her sons and the support workers who made it possible.
