Obituary of Yuen Han Chan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leung Chan Yuen Han (梁陳婉嫻), at the age of 98. She passed away peacefully on August 24,2020 at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care in Markham, Ontario. Chan Yuen Han was born on November 4, 1921 in Hong Kong. Leung Chan Yuen Han (梁陳婉嫻) was predeceased by her father Chan Mon Yuk (陳孟玉), her mother Chow Ng (周五), her husband Leung Chiu Ngai (梁超毅) and her great grandson Xavier Quan (關智健).Leung Chan Yuen Han is survived by her children: Kang Man Leung 梁鏡文 [Grace 趙杏嫦], Barbara Luk 梁恵賢 [Siu Fai Luk 陸兆輝], Raymond Leung 梁鏡標,[Jackie 李秀蓮], Cindy Leung 梁恵鑾 [Simon Abramovici], grandchildren: Katherine 陸嘉琳 [Yohann], Adelaine 梁坤慧 [Billy], Winnie 陸嘉錤 [Alan], Beatrice 梁榮慧 [Michael], Cynthia 梁燊慧[Zardasht], Clarissa 梁惠瑛 [Mau], Jessica 梁智瑛 [George], Kelly 梁淑瑛, Paulyeehon Abramovici 以漢 and great grandchildren: Kyle 劉偉豐, Glenna Jaff 嘉麗, Aidan 林觀誓, Lukas 劉逸豐, Zachary 關懿健, Emma 劉卓林, Adrian 林愛慈, Cheyanne Jaff 道宏 , Audrey 余嘉玲, Xander 關識健, Andrew 余䕒勇, Elliot 庄永恩, Oliver 關健恒, Lydia 庄莉恩.Friday, September 11, 2020 – Visitation is from 5:00-7:00pmSaturday, September 12, 2020 - Visitation and Funeral Service is from 9:00-11:00am (funeral service to begin at 9:30am) Due to COVID-19 restrictions, live stream viewing is available for the funeral service.
