Obituary of Hung Wai 韋洪

In loving memory of Hung Wai, Jacky ( 韋洪 )We are saddened to announce Hung Wai, Jacky passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at the age of 85, with his beloved wife at his bedside. He went home to Jesus, now resting in peace with God, and joining his family and friends in heaven. Hung is survived by his wife Louisa Leung, his daughter Normie Wai, his son Simon Wai, his son-in-law Simon Lau, his daughter-in-law Crystal Tse, his two grandsons Curtis Lau and Morgan Wai, and he is cherished by all other family members, friends, and relatives in Canada and in Asia.He is lovingly remembered as a great husband, the best father, the most loving grandfather, the most respected person in the family, and a helpful and great friend of ours.Please join us in prayer for him as we look forward to reuniting with each other in heaven.A visitation ( private service for family members ) will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 5:00 p.m., at Highland Funeral Home, Markham Chapel located at 10 Cachet Woods Ct, Markham, ON L6C 3G1A Funeral Mass ( family and friends are welcome to join us ) will be celebrated on Friday, August 21, 2020, at 10:30 am, at St. Agnes Kouying Tsao Catholic Church located at 2130 Rodick Rd, Markham, ON L6C 1S7Cremation will be followed ( private service for family members ) With appreciation from our family, you are welcome to send flowers or condolence money. Part of the condolence money will be donated to The Sick Kids Hospital.
