Obituary of Mareta Hills

Mareta HillsA celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at the Eugene Country Club for Mareta Hills of Eugene, who died Oct. 11 of pulmonary fibrosis. She was 82.She was born April 13, 1929, in Pratt, Kan., to Amil and Nellie Dunn Ross. She married David Hills on June 10, 1950, in Boulder, Colo.She was a homemaker.Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Kenda Singer of Eugene, Kathy Baldwin of Bethel, Alaska, and Kim Hills of Boulder, Colo.; a son, David of Scottsdale, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
