It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Virgilio “Virgie” Cardona Santiago on Tuesday, July 28th, 2020 at Credit Valley Hospital at the age of 92. Respected City Budget Officer in Pasay City, Philippines for over a decade. Beloved husband of Concordia Jose Santiago for 64 beautiful years. Loving father of Mario (Maribel), Jose (Genoveva), Arlene (Arthur), Noli (Melina), late Eric (Frances), and Esperanza (Mike). Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Maria), Michael, Melody, JP (Brenda), Marc, Arielle (Sean), Ian, Alyssa-Robyn (Tim), and Tiffany - Rae and proud great grandfather to Isabella.Eldest son of Late Mario and Tabita Cardona Santiago. Adored brother of late Victor, late Esther, Job, Ely, Flor and late Emy. Virgie will be deeply missed and loved by all those who survive him, including his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.A private visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Glen Oaks Funeral Home. Due to provincial regulation, unfortunately only a very limited number of immediate family may attend. Glen Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery will be casting the service at the following link.
