Obituary of Marion E. Wimperis

Marion Elizabeth Wimperis (née Blake)In hospital on Friday July 24th, 2020 at the age of 98. Dear Mother of Lynn Murphy (John), Blake (Susan) and Kathy (Peter de Gannes). Proud Grandmother of Erin Gallo (Fred), Adam (Lisa), Sean and Julie Murphy (Dan Hines) , Evan (Amy) and Stewart Wimperis, Jay, Tim (Trisha Mackie) and Ken Boville (Bianca West) and loving GG of Nicole and John Gallo, Austin and Lyla Murphy, Isabelle and Amelia Murphy, Payton and Kingston Hines, and Solomon Wimperis. Dear Aunt of William Gaines (Pam); Charles (Sherri), Allan (Trish) and Gordon Lapp (Micheline), Anne Krabill (David), Ruth Lapp March and Susie Gaudio. Honorary Grandmother to Jillian (Mike) and Adam de Gannes and honorary GG to Jayden, Paxton and Kaymen Lebel. Predeceased by her parents Frederick Arthur Blake of Walton-on-Thames, England and Hillevi Sofia Blake (Hinriksdottir) of Viggeby, Sweden and her adoring husband Eldon Wimperis as well as her sister Dorothy Gaines, nephew Frederick and sisters-in-law Lois Whealy and Eleanor Lapp. There will be a private interment at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery on Tuesday, July 28th, 2020 with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
