Obituary of Suzanne Coleman

COLEMAN, Suzanne (21 May 1965 – 24 July 2020)Suzanne Coleman (née Maria Suzanne Cole), passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 24th, 2020. She was born in Guyana to Julian and Maria Cole and spent her childhood in Barbados and Canada with her sisters, Lisa and Jennifer. In Canada, she met and fell in love with her husband Scott Coleman with whom she shared a beautiful marriage for 28 years and who adored her completely. Suzanne dedicated her life to her three children James, Julianna, and Matthew and set an incredible example for them of how to live with an open heart, an untiring kindness, and compassionate positivity through trying times. Suzanne was special for taking a sincere interest in each person she met, never afraid to share a smile and a story with someone, to make a friend in a passing encounter, and to find family wherever she was. Her battle with cancer was fought with an extraordinary grace and she will be dearly missed.Happily, Suzanne spent every day of the last months of her life surrounded by her family sharing laughs and making memories with a boundless impact. Her extended family and friends never missed a chance to show their support for her; and she, never missed a chance to show how much she too appreciated them. Suzanne is survived by all those who love her and whom she loved in Canada, Barbados, and all over.In lieu of flowers, donations to Suzanne Coleman's Memorial Page would be appreciated by the family. As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario the attendance at the funeral and cemetery is restricted to 30% capacity or less and a record of attendance must be maintained.Wearing of masks, or face coverings, by everyone is mandatory during their time in the funeral home or cemetery.Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, a Funeral Service for Suzanne will be private.Thank you for your patience with our cellular provider.
