Obituary of Valcina Rocina Garrick
Valcina Garrick who was greatly loved by her family was born on August 5th, 1933 in Kingstown, St Vincent and the Grenadines. A very family-oriented woman, she was ‘all about her family’ who she dearly loved and she especially loved her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. Valcina, was kind, selfless, and was always a person that would offer a helping hand. If you tried to pay her back she would refuse. A very studious and very determined woman she was a teacher, a nurse an Assistant Director of Public Health and then Director for the City of Etobicoke. Valcina, was a loving, confident, well-dressed woman who loved her hats, sweets, church, her family and spending time with close friends. A very witty woman, who made you laugh and loved babies!Valcina Garrick leaves behind 2 children, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 6 siblings and many nieces and nephews.She would be truly missed, we love you.Please take a moment to sign the guestbook.
