Obituary of Cezar Bantay

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Cezar “Jun”Bantay Jr. on July 22, 2020.He was a loving husband of Josie for 40 great years. Devoted father to his children Edgar, Jocez, Joz-Ann, and Cecille. He was also a dear father in law of Joy, Norman, and David Jr. Jun was a very proud grandfather of Xyler, and his soon-to-be grandchildren.Predeceased by his parents, Cezar Sr. and Filipina, and his younger brother, Edgar. He is beloved by his sisters Esperanza “Daisy” Magkasi, Lily Bantay, his brothers in law Brummel “Bong” Magkasi and Ricardo “Ricky” Vitug III, along with their families. His relatives in Canada, Philippines, Japan, and USA also mourn his sudden demise.He valued his membership in the Iglesia Ni Cristo and performed his duty as a SCAN Officer, until the end of his race.He will be remembered by his resilience, humour, his love for cars, action movies, chocolate, OPM and Greatest Hits music, camping. Most importantly, he valued spending time with loved ones and their dog, his best friend, Rocky.In lieu of flowers, we request to honour/remember Jun, by sending a gift.
