Obituary of Donald Robert Caldwell

Donald Robert "Bobby" Caldwell May 3, 1963 - July 4, 2020Bobby was the adored father of Jack and Quinn. He was predeceased by his parents Daphne (1986) and Don (2019) and his aunt Carolyn Delefes (1996). He is survived by his sister Bonnie (Iain), niece Emma and Aldona (Don's wife). Bobby will be sadly missed by his extended family: David and Sylvia Caldwell; Meghan MacNeil and her family; Peter Delefes; Daphne, John and Michael Delefes as well as so many friends and colleagues. A special thank you to Bobby's lifelong friends Margaret Hobbs, Chuck Wust, and Marty Sims who have been a tremendous support to Bobby, Jack and Quinn over the years and especially over this last week. The only thing Bob loved more than golf and the Toronto Maple Leafs was his children Jack and Quinn. The three of them shared a special bond. Jack and Quinn would love to know any of your favourite stories or "Bobby-isms" you would be willing to share in the online guestbook.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or to a Go Fund Me initiative that has been set up to assist Jack and Quinn with their post-secondary education.
