Obituary of Claire Goodchild

Passed away at Starwood Extendicare on Friday, July 3, 2020 at the age of 92. She will be dearly remembered by her son Gerald Goodchild (the late Joanne), her sister Louisa Longtin (the late Marcel) and her nieces and their families. Grandmother of Tanya Stone (Dwayne) and James O'Connell and great-grandmother of Dayna, Dylan and Delaney Stone. She is predeceased by her husband Charles Nelson Goodchild, her daughter Christine Andrews (Richard), brothers Remi Villeneuve and Raymond Villeneuve, as well as by her parents Lionel and Lucie Villeneuve. Claire will be remembered by her "extended family" at Starwood, who provided such excellent care over the past many years. Graveside service will be held at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery in the presence of family. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Starwood Extendicare would be appreciated by the family.
