Obituary of Daniel Medeiros

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden loss of Daniel Medeiros on Monday, June 29, 2020, at the age of 78 at his home.Daniel was the cherished husband and companion of Lourdes for 54 years. Beloved father of Helena (Victor), super proud grandfather of Victoria and Richard and special tio of Tamara (Jeff) and Jacob and Tessa. He is survived by his loving sisters, Joana (Francisco), Maria Jose (the late Ernesto), Isaura (David) and Constantina. He was predeceased by his beloved brothers, Leonel (Leopoldina) and Manuel (Celestina).Daniel was a very generous and dedicated man to his family, he will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews, godchildren, extended family, and large circle of wonderful friends.The family wishes to thank all the people that have been in their lives during Daniel’s journey, your love and support has been greatly appreciated.In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations be made to the Alzheimer Society or to the Credit Valley Hospital.Due to the current pandemic, the family will be having private services to commemorate Daniel's life.
