Obituary of Gasbamel Esteban

Gasbamel Esteban, known to friends and family as “Melba”, joined the Lord God in heaven on Wednesday, June 24th, 2020 at the age of 61. Melba will be lovingly remembered by her only child: Alex, and her loving sisters: Nellie, Sally, and Grace, her nieces and nephews: Chantelle, Chelsea, Shawn, Sophia, Elisha, CJ, and Ryan, and grandchild Sebastian. She will also be lovingly remembered by the countless extended family members scattered around the world in the Philippines, Italy, Dubai, the United States, and Singapore, to name a few. Gasbamel “Melba” will be remembered most for her warm nature and her ability to brighten anyone’s day. Her ability to touch someone’s life with a simple smile or interaction was undeniable. She was a remarkable woman who was regarded highly all over the world. She always put her needs before anyone else’s, always extended a helping hand. Truly a one-of-a-kind woman. A celebration of Melba’s life will be held on Monday, June 29th, 2020 at 3280 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough ON M1T 3K3. The religious service to follow will be held on Tuesday, June 30th, 2020 at 3280 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough ON M1T 3K3 and the burial to follow on the same date at Highland Memorial Gardens at 33 Memory Gardens Lane, North York ON, M2H 3K4. The family of Gasbamel Esteban has requested that all guests attending the visitation and funeral service please wear white according to her wishes.
